Case 1
This patient had a 2mm diastema between #8 and #9. The treatment plan was to close the gap and lengthen the maxillary teeth to harmonize the incisal edge with the lower lip line. The dentist applied the Hornbrook prep technique and we used IPS Empress Esthetic EO1 Ingot for the restorations. The result was spectacular!

Case 3
The patient had dark tetracycline staining. The main concern was how to block the underlying dark shade. Teeth were minimally prepped and restored with feldspathic proveneers using a special masking technique. The patient's new smile was a huge make over!
Case 4
A crown was to be made and cemented on an implant titanium abutment. Before the impression was taken, the implant abutment was masked with opaque masking composite resin. An IPS Empress crown was then made using a special masking technique. The crown matched the rest teeth in color and translucency.

This patient was suffering from severe general attrition which compromised his masticatory efficiency and appearance and caused TMJ problems. Full mouth rehab was the treatment plan. The anterior teeth were restored with IPS Empress crowns and the posterior teeth were restored with zirconium crowns. Now, the patient looks younger, eats better, and feels better!

Case 6
This case won the People's Choice Award in 2005. This patient's teeth were rather crowded and needed to be realigned for better harmony. However, the patient did not want to wear an orthodontic appliance. Teeth 4 to 14 were prepped and restored with feldspathic proveneers. The result was awesome!

Case 7
This case won the People's Choice Award in 2007 in Atlanta. As you can see in her before photo it was hard to see her maxillary teeth due to the short anterior teeth. The treatment was set for full maxillary restoration from #2-#16 using IPS Empress crowns and veneers. #6 to #11 were lengthened and brought out more facially for improved lip support and for more visibility of her upper dentition when she smiles. As you can see in her after photo her incisal position has been harmonized with her lower lip line. Because this patient was a practicing dentist herself she knew very well what she wanted to achieve in her smile. She wanted a very natural and youthful looking teeth showing slight incisal translucency. As you can see in the after photo her smile was drastically renewed by restoring her smile with the right material and calculation of the golden proportion rule.
