This credit is either 15 % or 35 % of the amount charged for that case. If Prowest notifies the dental office about the delay at least 24 hours before the patient's appointment, a 15 % credit will be given. If a notice is not provided at least 24 hours before the appointment, a 35 % credit will be given.
